Job Description :

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to type information into our database from different platforms. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.


Job Responsibilities

1) Transfer data from different platforms into computer files or database systems using keyboards.

2) Type in data provided in different platforms.

3) Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

4) Verify data by comparing it to the source.

5) Update existing data

6) Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

7) Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

8) Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Job Description :

Benya Group Mission: Implement revenue management strategies and processes in our client hotels, in order to optimize and maximize its revenues. Benya Group grows the revenues of its clients by 10% to 15% year by year.
Scope:
1) Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
2) Identify new revenue opportunities.
3) Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
4) Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
5) Act as overall business development consultant for the hotel manager/owner.
6) Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
7) Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
8) Travel regularly to each hotel.
9) Embed a Benya Group revenue management culture.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
1) Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
2) Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
3) Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
4) Create and maintain a 13 month demand calendar.
5) Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.
6) Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results.
7) Manage and oversee strategy for all distribution channels.
8) Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies.
9) Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
10) Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity.
11) Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
12) Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of Benya Group systems.
13) Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
14) Regularly check the input and the quality of data.
15) Conduct quarterly property performance review and develop strategic and tactical action.
16) Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; environmental scanning; market modeling; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts
17) Evaluate performance of partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, groups, etc…).
18) Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business.
19) Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
20) Inspire Hotel’s HODs to further embed Benya revenue management culture.
21) Advice and coach the client Hotel in other operational areas.
22) Visit the hotels to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues and other key areas.
23) Maintain and manage company’s social media. 
24) Any other reasonable requests made by management.

Position: E-Commerce Admin Associate
Job Responsibilities
1) Create & Monitor the hotel's e-Commerce strategies.
2) Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites.
3) Rate & inventory changes as well as content management. 
4) Communicate with Hotel Managers, Front Office Managers and others on daily basis or as assigned. 
5) Manage e-Commerce website content updates, product presentation, pricing changes and text and image modifications.
6) Manage and update latest campaign, events and promotions of the Hotel.
7) Keep public rate parity among all OTA’s for all hotels or as assigned.
8) Extract data from different OTA’s in order to create reports as assigned 
9) Create reports as assigned. 

Job Requirements 
1) Candidate must possess at least Graduate Degree in Business studies / Administration / Commerce
2) Possess strong planning skills, good business acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, creative and meticulous.
3) Developed analytical and problem solving skills.
4) Able to work independently and work under minimum supervision.
5) Able to execute online campaigns and monitor the performance of the campaign to ensure good results.
6) Candidate specializing in Hotel Management/ Tourism Services or equivalent will be an advantages.
