We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to type information into our database from different platforms. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Job Description :

Benya Group Mission: Implement revenue management strategies and processes in our client hotels, in order to optimize and maximize its revenues. Benya Group grows the revenues of its clients by 10% to 15% year by year.
Scope:
1) Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
2) Identify new revenue opportunities.
3) Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
4) Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
5) Act as overall business development consultant for the hotel manager/owner.
6) Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
7) Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
8) Travel regularly to each hotel.
9) Embed a Benya Group revenue management culture.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
1) Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
2) Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
3) Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
4) Create and maintain a 13 month demand calendar.
5) Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.
6) Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results.
7) Manage and oversee strategy for all distribution channels.
8) Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies.

Job Responsibilities
1) Create & Monitor the hotel's e-Commerce strategies.
2) Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites.
3) Rate & inventory changes as well as content management. 
4) Communicate with Hotel Managers, Front Office Managers and others on daily basis or as assigned. 
5) Manage e-Commerce website content updates, product presentation, pricing changes and text and image modifications.
6) Manage and update latest campaign, events and promotions of the Hotel.
7) Keep public rate parity among all OTA’s for all hotels or as assigned.
8) Extract data from different OTA’s in order to create reports as assigned
